Public site privacy
Privacy notice
This notice describes the public IOI website as built in this release. It should be reviewed by counsel before collecting accounts, payments, or developer submissions.
Effective: August 20, 2026.
Current public site
The brochure site does not create public user accounts, accept token purchases, collect payment details, or publish private Nucleus mission data. Requests may produce ordinary security and delivery logs at the hosting provider, including IP address, browser and request metadata, timestamps, and abuse signals.
Local console
The local Nucleus console reads local runtime records to render missions, configured connections, model usage, builder versions, and receipts. Those records are not automatically made public by this website.
Future services
Developer accounts, hosted projects, payments, token access, analytics, rewards, and community features require a revised notice, data retention rules, user controls, subprocessors, and jurisdictional review before activation.
Contact
A verified privacy contact channel must be published before personal-data intake is enabled.
