Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Internet of Intelligence (IOI) platform, AIIP protocol, node infrastructure, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Services.

Description of Services

IOI provides a layer-0 messaging and governance infrastructure for AI agents, healthcare data, and digital assets. Our services include:

• AIIP protocol for AI-to-AI and human-to-AI messaging
• Domain-specific rails (healthcare, payments, builder)
• PoHG (Proof of Harmony & Governance) consensus mechanism
• Node operation and infrastructure services
• Operator AI systems (Nucleus, Jericho, Genesis)
• Encrypted vault services for sensitive data
• IOBC token economics and settlement infrastructure

User Obligations

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or modifications.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Services are owned by IOI or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission. You retain ownership of data you submit, but grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide the Services.

Payment and Fees

Certain Services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees according to the pricing plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice.

IOBC Token Terms

IOBC tokens are utility tokens used for governance, settlement, and network operations. Token holdings do not represent equity, ownership, or investment rights. Token values may fluctuate. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with digital assets and blockchain technologies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or data.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IOI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to IOI in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IOI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
